Fundamental policy on the protection of personal information

Nakamura-Tome Precision Industry Co., Ltd. complies with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information with regard to our customers, employees and all other people related to the Company, and voluntarily and actively works to protect and use that information in an appropriate manner.

The Company uses personal information only with the agreement of the customer concerned.
When the Company gathers personal information, it informs the parties concerned of the purpose of use in advance, and obtains the information only with the agreement of the customer.
The Company implements safe management of personal information it has been provided with in an appropriate manner.
With the exception of when it is legally bound to do so, the Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the agreement of the person in question.
The Company has set 'Rules for the Protection of Personal Information', and works to make sure that all employees understand the purpose of the protection of private information and act accordingly.
